Rick Turner - Survey Controller/Manager
Rick Turner has been with Hughes Surveys for more than 30 years. His current primary area of responsibility is land use - providing clients with creative solutions to topographical and legal restraints. His solutions are based on extensive experience with various levels of government for approvals, regulations, local issues and project management. He is also well versed in many aspects of Engineering, Legal, Hydrographic Control Surveys and GIS/GPS.
Active in many professional organizations, Turner has the knowledge and contacts to provide true value-added service to clients and see projects through to a successful conclusion.

Angus MacKenzie Design Engineer - Senior Design Engineer
A Professional Engineer since 1992, Angus MacKenzie has a B.Sc. Engineering (Civil) from UNB. He is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of New Brunswick; Professional Engineers of Ontario; the Association of Professional Engineers of Nova Scotia; the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia; and is a Professional Member of the American Concrete Institute.
MacKenzie has been a member of the Hughes team since 1999. As our Senior Engineer, he is responsible for the coordination of multidisciplinary design teams, implementing the investigation, design, preparation of contract documents and project management of engineering projects.
His experience has involved managing and participating in all project aspects -- from initial conceptual design to final completion -- for a wide variety of infrastructure assignments, including many fast-track design and construction projects for government and private sector.

Russell Robinson - Project Surveyor
Russell Robinson has been part of the Hughes Surveys team for more than 30 years. He is a member of the Association of New Brunswick Land Surveyors, and has been a member of the ANBLS Complaints Committee since 1997.
Throughout his career, Robinson has worked across Atlantic Canada on various survey projects, including hydrographic, legal, engineering, and horizontal and vertical control.
A valued team member, Robinson is currently Field Party Chief on various legal and engineering surveys.

Richard Stewart - Land Surveyor
A Hughes Surveys employee since 1973, Richard Stewart brings more than three decades of experience as Project Manager and Land Surveyor to our exceptional team.
A past president of the Association of New Brunswick Land Surveyors, he is a member of both the Canadian Institute of Surveys and Mapping and the International Right-Of-Way Association.
Stewart has conducted many Legal and Engineering surveys, hydrographic surveys and planning and construction surveys in industries such as roadways, railways, aquaculture, shipbuilding and refining.

Jock Davies
Jock Davies has been a highly respected member of the Hughes Surveys team for over 30 years. A specialist in property mapping and survey computations, Davies also has extensive experience in legal right of way surveys, construction surveys and aquaculture leases. |
